ach week, we publish a new meal preparation menu based on individual experience, family dishes, and customer feedback. We intend to minimize the hassle of picking meals from an endless menu. Rather, we provide you with 5 menu products to select for the week. Love a particular menu product? Don't stress-- We rotate our menu so you will see the Tuscan Chicken again.
Our most popular meal size consists of 5 oz of protein, 3 oz carbohydrate and 1 serving of veggies. You can customize your perfectly portioned meal by picking protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable size based upon your liking.
All of our food is made, with the intent of offering healthier versions of the food we love, regardless of schedule or health objectives-- so YOU do not have to think about your week's meals.
All Deliveries Are Sunday in between 3-5PM.
All your meals are placed in insulated bags to keep your food cool and fresh during transit. When you get your order, cool your meals. Refer to our FAQ on how we recommend keeping your meals fresh and scrumptious.
Not going to be home throughout delivery? We ask that you please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice loads out for us to position your meals in to keep them fresh. We try to refrain from leaving food out unattended, however if you are not house, our motorists will wait approximately 5 minutes, and then continue along their path.
When do I need to buy my meals?
We ask that all orders are placed by no behind Friday 11:59 PM EST for the following week's meal prep. Any orders received after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, will go towards the following week's meal preparation.
Do I require to place an order weekly?
If you are not making any modifications then the subscription will vehicle renew each Friday and you do not need to do anything.
When does the menu come out?
The menu choices rotate on a weekly basis and is revealed each Tuesday on our website for the following week. Our menu consists of household dishes, our Fan Favorite timeless meals, and brand-new healthier meal alternatives.
What day are the meals provided?
The meals are provided each Sunday for the week at our pickup places. You are offered to pickup after 3PM at the place you selected at checkout. Home delivery is in between 2-6PM. We ask if you are not going to be house to leave a cooler with ice bag on the patio for delivery of meals.
Do you have a minimum # of meal requirement?
Our minimum meal order is 5 meals for delivery.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Our meals are prepared fresh and never ever frozen however if you are not intending on eating immediately within the very first 3-4 days they can be put in the freezer. Simply thaw out a day prior to consuming in refrigerator.
Do the meal containers need to be returned?
The containers do not require to be returned back to us. Click for more info You can keep for your own meals or recycle them.
Do you have Gluten complimentary choices for the meals?
At this time we do not offer gluten free unique menu but are wanting to add in the future. Stay tuned for a statement.
Do you provide no carb alternatives?
Yes! Any meal can be gotten used to a no carb alternative for additional vegetables in lieu of carb for a $1 charge per meal.
Can I get extra protein with my meals?
Yes, you can pick your protein part based on your objectives and appetite. from 4 to 7 ounces of protein.
What if I have allergic reactions to a particular food on the menu?
We provide 5 different meal choices each week so you can either remove that particular meal option in your order or notate in the extra comments area during checkout to not include that particular ingredient in your order.
Exists a charge to unsubscribe or cancel my returning membership?
You can cancel at any time from your account page, you MUST cancel by Thursday at 11:59 PM EST to prevent a charge for the week. You can reactivate your membership at any time at no charge from your Member Login screen.
